This pan has a great price tag compared to a metal counterpart, to use it effectively though you need a firm base (usually another metal sheet pan) that you can firmly place on the oven without the risk of the batter to fall apart from the pan. As you can see on the picture, that little more browned part comes from the metal pan, so it somehow it transfers the heat through making them like that… I think it might work better over a wire rack or if somehow you can manipulate it without a metal sheet pan underneath.Not sure if I will recommend it though, as you can see also the shapes are not super well defined.
