12 x 12 x 2 Square Pan

I purchased this pan for a sharp corner look for a Scrabble cake I was making. It is very sturdy, which is important for a cake this size. It is important to line the corners with parchment to get the release you need to keep the corners intact. I would recommend this pan. I gave the pan a four star instead of a five because it took four cleanings to get the metal residue from coming off on my paper towel. Plan ahead to spend some time cleaning prior to use and this will be a great purchase. (After its first use, there was no residue)
