My home came with a built-in gas grill that I’ve only used once and my food stuck to the grates so badly that I never wanted to use it again. Well, that has changed! I found something that makes my grilling a super successful and enjoyable experience rather than a literal hot mess on the grill grates. The 2 stainless steel mesh grilling tubes fit inside of each other (the two different sizes are 11.5”x3.5” and 12”x3.94”) for easier storage. They come with solid wood handles that are threaded on and can be removed if you want. I like that they’re stable stainless steel tubes, with strong and durable structures and also has excellent corrosion and heat resistance to ensure food safety and cooked thoroughly by being able to roll around for even cooking. I make chicken with peppers and onions that stuck so badly on the grill that it took me longer to clean afterwards than it did to cook (burn) my dinner. I couldn’t get the chicken off so it was burnt and stringy. Not the delicious and moist texture that I was hoping for. Now I have a fool-proof way to make my favorite meal and cook it to perfection with easy cleanup of both the grill and the mesh grilling baskets. No worries about the top of the baskets because the lids are welded right to the baskets and the lids are designed with 2 snaps for a tight fit. If you’re a novice or expert griller, I recommend using these mesh baskets. If you have little food like seafood that may fall between the grates, worry no more with these. I’m surprised that I gave up so easily and was going to let the grill win. Nope! I win with these. Delicious food and easy cleanup. Win-win for me!
